Key Responsibilities

• Build fully responsive, visually polished Webflow websites directly from Figma, ensuring pixel-perfect translation of all UI elements.
• Architect scalable, well-structured CMS collections that allow clients and internal teams to manage content effortlessly.
• Develop advanced Webflow interactions, animations, scroll effects, and micro-interactions to enhance storytelling and user flow.
• Create reusable components, global classes, and systemized structures using Client-First or similar naming methodology.
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness using best practices and Webflow-native tools.
• Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when needed to expand Webflow’s native capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs related to layout, responsiveness, custom code, browser compatibility, or animations.
• Collaborate closely with designers to refine spacing, typography, motion, and layout decisions throughout each project.
• Integrate third-party tools such as analytics, CRMs, automations, scheduling tools, forms, and marketing platforms.
• Prepare smooth handoff documentation for clients, including editing instructions, CMS workflows, and style guidelines.

Required

• Expert-level skill in Webflow, including CMS, Interactions 2.0, and custom embeds.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, spacing, grids, hierarchical structure, and layout flow.
• Ability to convert designs into pixel-perfect front-end execution.
• Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS and light JavaScript for enhancements.
• Experience with dynamic content systems, content mapping, and automation structures.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, accessibility, and performance optimization strategies.
• Comfortable working with Figma and interpreting design details accurately.
• Familiar with Finsweet Attributes, Client-First system, Relume Library components.
• Strong debugging ability for layout bugs, custom code issues, responsiveness problems.
